HOUSE SPECIALITIES
 

Preet piaza
Chicken, lamb or king prawn marinated and cooked in the tandoor, then cooked again with cheese, onions, chilies and fresh peppers.

Chingri chaloo
Prawns cooked home style with chopped potatoes, garnished with fresh coriander giving a delicious flavor.

Anokha chicken
Chicken breast marinated with a fresh blend of spices, herbs, yogurt, egg and corn flour. then cooked in deep fryer and then seasoned with fresh garlic, ginger a touch of yogurt, tomato sauce, chili, bay leaves and more spices.

Boal or Ayre
With the great success of the Chaitalee, we decided to add a couple more carefully selected fish dishes from Bangladesh. Boal (Bangladeshi knife fish) and Ayre (A fish that looks a bit like a shark)

Murgh Aampara *
A mild tropical fruit dish, Stir fried chicken fillets, cooked with mango slices, mild spices and almonds.

Murgh Massala:
A traditional dish cooked with fried mince lamb, grilled off the bone tandoori chicken in a thick massala sauce with egg.

Achari Dishes:
Cooked with a special blend of home made pickles and sauces.

Karahi Dishes:
Marinated first then cooked in the tandoor, then

cooked with cubed onions and green peppers, served sizzling in a karahi (wok).

 

Jalfrazi Dishes:
Marinated first then cooked in the tandoor, then cooked with cubed onions and green peppers, Fairly hot

Garlic Chilli Dishes:
Marinated first then cooked in the tandoor, then cooked with garlic and chilies, a hot dish.

Muglai Spice:
A nice blend of spices cooked together with fresh herbs, garnished with scrambled egg and sweet corn.

Makonchoor:
Cooked in a thick creamy sauce with yogurt and peeled plum tomatoes, with a cheese dressing.

Spice 4u Special Biriani:
Prepared with pillau rice, fillet chicken, nuts and sultanas, served with an omelet and a spicy mild sauce.
 

Agan jali:
Marinated first then cooked in the tandoor, then cooked with the finest spice, served flaming with a touch of brandy.
